The location is amazing- right on Main Street and next door to an ice cream shop that is open year-round. The apartment is comfy and big enough. The location was great. The location on Main St allowed us to easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. With it being our first time in Cape Cod, we appreciated not needing to drive everywhere. We were also surprised at how quiet it was inside the condo. We never heard any noise from, the shop below, traffic, or pedestrians. It was equipped with everything thing we needed. The only thing I would note is that we tried to use Instacart for delivery and there were places that said they delivered, but never did. Once we were there I figured out the places I ordered from where likely too far away. I had to cancel my orders. This is nothing against the property, but something I thought future renters may want to be aware of. Delivery availability in Instacart was not reliable.
