Independant flat fully equiped with private entrance, with 2 bedrooms en suite, within a 10000 sqm secluded property with donkeys, swanns enjoying minilake, tortoises, ducks, etc and a 10x10 infinity pool,   
  
Golf, art school within walking distance, 5mn drive supermarkets, 10mn Valbonne village, 25mn Cannes. Barbecue, tennis table etc.
