Very pleasantly furnished farmhouse, quiet

It consists of 2 bedrooms, fitted and independent kitchen, dining room, bathroom and shower, separate toilet. You have an enclosed courtyard and a large terrace where you can have lunch and dinner, cook on the barbecue and relax on deckchairs.

There is no opposite, and the place is very quiet which is ideal for rest.
The large plot of land surrounding the house is bordered by a hedge over 10 m high.

For your vehicle you also have a garage and private parking.
Tastefully renovated, located 15 km from BRANTOME, the Venice of Green Périgord and 6 km from PERIGUEUX, capital of the Dordogne, this farmhouse and an ideal starting point for visiting Périgord.

In the village, there are local shops; tobacco bar, baker, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy and a small market is held every Sunday.

You can also visit the splendid castle of the village, the Romanesque church of the place called Preyssac, the Saint Jean church where was ordained priest Saint Vincent de Paul and many hiking trails will allow you to take beautiful walks.

In Périgueux, in addition to the museums, Gallo-Roman and medieval sites to visit, you can walk or cycle on the "green way" along the ISLE river for about fifteen kilometers.
In the capital of Périgord, there are many restaurants offering our regional cuisine, including two MICHELIN stars.
You can also stroll through the historic district of the old town which is lively during the summer period (Gourmet markets, musical entertainment, etc ...) The various markets of Périgueux will also allow you to discover the riches of our region.
And of course you will not fail to visit the tourist riches of our beautiful region (Castles, prehistoric sites, Lascaux IV world famous, caves, Village of Bournat, Dordogne valley, Bergerac vineyards etc ... etc! )

Charming renovated farmhouse

This farmhouse feels out in the country but is in walking. Distance of the local village and 15 minutes from Perigueux. We used it as our base to explore the midieval villages and prehistoric cave art of the region. It was perfect for the two of us.

Schöne Location ,sehr sauber ! Sehr wohnlich . Vermieter/in sind sehr nett und freundlich .Umgebung auch sehr schön.Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt. Haben uns aber arrangiert.Einige Details könnte man etwas moderner gestalten. Is keine Kritik ,sondern ein freundlicher Tip von Gästen.Waren aber sonst sehr zufrieden.Klare Empfehlung

Jolie maison avec tout le nécéssaire, très propre, lits faits en arrivant.Le garage est un plus. Contact avec la propriétaire agréable, est trés réactive et disponible. Literie confortable mais certains oreillers un peu vieillissants.Barbecue pas utilsé car région en vigilance sécheresse modérée interdisant son usage lors de notre passage.Peut être envisager la mise en place de moustiquaires à certaines fenêtres afin de pouvoir dormir fenêtres ouvertes sans être gêner. Un lieu calme et agréable pour se retrouver en famille, proche de Périgueux.

Absolument superbe à tous points de vue

Une maison charmante, extrêmement propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Un lit très confortable et de bonnes nuits de sommeil chaque nuit. Le jardin et la terrasse sont fantastiques. Un moment de détente assuré par le simple chant des oiseaux. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et nous ont tout expliqué à notre arrivée, nous recommandant de bons endroits à visiter. Nous reviendrons certainement si nous revenons dans la région.

Nous avons passés une semaine enchanteresse dans ce gite parfait pour un couple avec ou sans enfant. Tres bien situe, propriétaires tres réactifs. Tres au calme, sans vis a vis, nous avons apprecier les randos/balades dans les environs. Gîte tout équipé, on se sent tres bien dedans, super fonctionnel. Je conseille sans réserve si vous voulez passer une semaine en perigord blanc.

superbe location

Nous conseillons cette location à toutes personnes voulant passer des vacances au calme dans une superbe maison tout confort. Les proprietaires sont trés acceuillants et sympatiques, disponibles à tout moment et trés discrets (un défaut quand même, monsieur est supportaire du PSG...) Vous l'avez deviné je suis pour marseille. Mais ayant passé d'excellentes vacances je ne lui en tiens pas rigueurs.

Propriétaires attentionnés , discrets , de bons conseillers connaissant bien leur région. Nous partageons entièrement les remarques élogieuses des 2 précédentes appréciations. Nous pouvons ajouter que la salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire ET d'une douche et que le WC était séparé (ce que nous apprécions ). La chambre à un lit (la seule que nous avons utilisée) reste assez fraîche en cas de chaleur , ce qui est appréciable. Nous recommanderons certainement la location à tous nos amis , on s'y sent comme chez soi !

L'idéal pour des vacances les plus agréables

Gite situé dans une merveilleuse région touristique, est l'idéal pour passer un exellent séjour dans le calme. A proximité de PERIGUEUX; on trouve tous les commerces et de jolies boutiques luxueuses. Ce Gite d'un grand confort est très bien équipé et dans un état irraprochable. Sa description par les propiétaires correspond exactement à la réalité. Les abords, cour d'entrée et grand terrain clos sur les arrières , sont très bien élaborés et parfaitement entretenus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et très accueillants, tout en restant extrèmements discrèts et disponibles. Ils sont de parfaits conseillers pour la visite de la région et des lieux de la gastronomie; pour ceux qui le désirent. Je me rends régulièrement dans ce gite, et c'est toujours un réel plaisir d'y passer quelques jours, avec un accueil des plus chaleureux.

Vacances sans souci.

Ce gîte est vraiment idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances dans une merveilleuse région très touristique. La location est très bien située pour le départ de belles ballades et à proximité de Chancelade et Périgueux où l'on trouve tous commerces. Quant au Gîte, il est dans un très grand terrain bien clos, il y a tout le confort, très bien équipé et surtout dans un état irréprochable. On a aimé le calme où l'on peut se détendre dans des transats à l'arrière de la maison. La cerise sur le gâteau ce sont les propriétaires d'une gentillesse extrême qui font tout pour vous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Seul bémol : le propriétaire est supporter du PSG et nous de l'OM, ce qui fait des discussions....... Je vous laisse deviner!! Vous l'avez compris, nous vous recommandons ce gîte sans l'ombre d'un doute, la preuve nous y venons depuis plusieurs années.
