"Breakfast time is too late, so i could not have breakfast during staying 4days even i paid. Also, staff is unkind, room is cold and dirty and no amenities. Anyway, this travel is very terrible experience for me."

"The staff was great! Very friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy and accommodate needs. The room I booked was clean, not a lot of amenities but room service did their job in a timely manner. The hotel has no parking so you have to park nearby. It’s about a 7 minute walk. The location of the hotel is great. It’s my favorite thing about the hotel. You can walk and explore and even drink/ shop and no need to drive to find something to do "

"Wonderful New Year’s Eve ambiance in the piano bar with live music, great drinks and full view on the midnight fireworks. "

"The carpet could use a good cleaning and the bathroom tiles could use a little more attention when cleaning. The bathroom faucets were broken, but useable. Front desk said they were aware of this prior to check in and could have someone repair during our stay. We chose not to have them repaired. Just figured out how to work around them. Everyone was helpful. Ideal location for us as we were without a car and visiting the Christmas markets in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area. Would most definitely stay again "

"Clean rooms, Safe and quiet"

"Love the architecture of the hotel, the staff were kind, rooms were big and hotel was walkable to all the major sites. Hotel carpet needs replacement and the ripped up throw pillows should be thrown away. The rooms were decorated with fun themes. Driving distance was 25mins to Frankfurt Int'l.Airport which was a plus. Thanks for a great 2 day stay."
