Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience. »

"To be improved: Communication via the Hotels app were not responded to. Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience. "

It’s renowned for its artistic achievements, many of which are displayed on the ceilings of the palace, but my favourite part about the palace is the tour! You get to see what it was really like to live in the palace - including servant quarters and secret passageways for mistresses!
