DEPOSIT We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days. If I was here with family or friends on vacation instead of a work trip, the space between bedrooms and kitchen/living room would have been perfect (everyone needs their alone time LOL). The only thing I would note is that garage is a tight squeeze to get into (I didn't trust myself to even try with the rental car), but the street parking wasn't an issue.
