Excellent Vacation Opportunity

Everything about our stay was just wonderful. The house fit our needs perfectly and supplied all that we could have asked for. Beautiful view from the double decker dock. Plenty of shade near the house. Kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat. A great cove for fishing, but close enough to bigger water to be able to go wakeboarding, tubing, etc. Our host was wonderful and so helpful. We are hoping to return next year.

Great time to hang & regroup

We haven't spent time with our grandchildren & their parents in awhile. It was great to sit, chit chat & relax... whether watching the sunrise 🌅 above the trees, gathering for meals on either deck or Smores over the campfire. Good times

Family vacation paradise

We had 6 adults, 4 grandchildren, and 3 dogs. Water activity paradise right outside our door. Grand kids loved jumping off second story dock. Very peaceful and easy to contact owner. The only reason it is not 5 stars is some minor repairs need to be done otherwise would have been a 5. Will contact owner. Would love to stay again next year if the younger generation families agree.

We had a great time at this house. The double deck was a hit for the kids. They loved jumping off of it. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our crew. We all enjoyed the screened in porch. I recommend staying here.

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying at the lake house. The home is well laid out and the outdoor area is fantastic. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Enjoyed using the paddle boat. She also has kayaks. The lake was beautiful. The home was very clean.

Family friendly vacation

The location is very quiet and a peaceful place to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the deck over the dock is very pleasant. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children.

Beautiful lake setting and one level convenience and accessibility

The layout of this home was perfect for our multigenerational weekday stay. The convenience of one level living and the accessibility for a wheelchair worked very well for us. We had everything we needed including space for or remote working family members. We brought our boat and enjoyed the ease of the local boat ramp and the dock at the lake. Very convenient in every way. Thank you for your care for cleanliness and organization.

Gorgeous lakefront property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lake house. The views of the lake from the back yard, screened porch, and dock were awesome. The location is really private and the house was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Loved this place!

Amazing vacation!

We have never vacationed at lake Norman and we will definitely be back! This house was amazing and JUST what we needed! Communication was amazing! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more! It’s a very nice private lot! You don’t have to worry about neighbors etc..... My kids and dogs loved swimming off the dock! We will be back to stay for sure!!

Perfect vacation

Property owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. House was very clean. Beautiful views of the lake. We loved the double decker dock! We had great shade in the evening to sit out and relax while the kids swam, paddle boarded and kayaked. Very comfortable chairs are located on the dock, edge of the water and up by the house. Beautiful and relaxing. We hope to come back soon!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our family!! The property was beautiful, we had plenty of room for our entire family to spread out, and we loved being right on the water. The dock was so nice and our boys loved jumping from the top. We already can’t wait to come back again!

Love this place!

We have rented this house twice for family gatherings and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner, Lin, is fabulous and answers questions quickly. We love the cove and double deck dock. The house is fully stocked with everything we need. Thank you again Lin for a fantastic stay! We will be back!

Wonderful retreat!

We loved this house! It was cozy yet roomy, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor space, so we never felt cramped. We really enjoyed the double decker dock and easy access to the lake. We would definitely rent again!

Relaxing and Fun Lake Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation weekend at this Lake front home. The house is clean and comfortable. The screened porch is wonderful for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The new dock is great, and the Lake Toys (paddle boat, paddle board etc) were such fun, and the water was pleasant for swimming. Our 3 year old grandson also loved fishing with his grandfather. Plenty of room for our family of 7 including 3 generations.

Perfect!

This was an awesome experience! The house is set up for family enjoyment: one floor, screened in porches, lots of bathrooms, tv's/dvd players, games and of course the most awesome view. We went fishing, kayaking, peddle boating, swimming, swimming and a little more swimming. Lin was such a pleasure to work with. The kids refused to leave yesterday until we assured them we would be back for a longer visit next time!

We had a great time. My grandkids & adult kids could swim, lay out on the double decker deck, or fish from the bank. My husband & I could sit on the deck or watch from the screened in porch!
