The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a shower seat and handrails for added comfort and accessibility. The living room includes a cozy wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, making it easy to gather and enjoy time together.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in beautiful waterfront views as boats pass through Round Lake—an ideal place to unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. With 60 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property offers a welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

So conveniently close to restaurants, downtown shopping and beach area. Love looking out from the balcony and seeing the boats and downtown area from the room. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are nice but could be modernized. Really glad to see that Edgewater Inn is remodeling outside of building. Looks great! Looking forward to staying again someday.

The place was super clean and we had a sweet little anniversary set up when we arrived which was a nice surprise! The only things we would change is a new mattress and a window covering as it is between the bedroom and hallway with a light that is always on. Curtains would be great! We also LOVED the shower! Amazing weekend. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Room 228 was clean, nicely decorated and a great location. The window coverings could be better but overall I can't complain. The common areas were clean. The exterior needs some painting, cleaning, etc., but is in better shape now than a few years ago.

Reviewer Comments: The views are beautiful, but the room is old, antiquated, dated, the bed *sucks* and so on. We expected more for a $300+ per night room. We have rental properties and could NOT in good conscience, rent out an old, worn-out place like this -- not for any price. But then we have higher standards. If you are okay with a Motel 6-level quality at Ritz Carlton prices then you would be okay with staying here. We are not. The owners must not have a lot of pride or self-respect to allow something like this on the market. Or they are just greedy. Shame on them.
