Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Welcome to this 2 Bedrooms/1 Bath cozy corner cottage located across the street from the public beach access. This home is located at the end of 2nd block and is within walking distance to downtown Folly. The Corner Cottage features two bedrooms with a full bathroom between them, a full kitchen (less a dishwasher), a well-appointed living room, and new flooring and paint throughout the home (2020). It is perfect for a small family or a getaway for two couples. Additionally, this property has reserved parking in the both the front and back sides of the corner lot. Need more space for your friends and/or family to join you, look into renting the unit next-door as well. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. There is parking for 2 cars. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets considered. All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 plus tax per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (1 pet max, no more than 40 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 4 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends. Right across from the beach and public beach access, making it easy to get to the beach. Only a block from all the restaurants and shops making it easy to walk to dinner. The screened porch of the cottage was amazing and provided an enjoyable spot to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and not fight the bugs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the property was very clean. Management company was responsive. There was a hose to wash the sand off at the front door. The house is only a block from the beach, with a peek-a-boo view of the water. And it's only a few blocks from the main drag in town. So the location is perfect! As noted by others, it's quite a small place so if you have 4 people, you'd better be good friends! The living room and front porch furniture/cushions are past their prime And there is no dining seating other than a 2-person high-top table in the kitchen. (So there wasn't the table on the sunporch shown in the photos.) But the kitchen has everything you need and they are generous in supplying soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath linens. We had an issue with the washer to which the management responded rapidly. So the cottage certainly does the job! ##### Anne A. The only things I would suggest is put a TV in the bedroom with the comfortable bed.
