Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Welcome to Hello Folly at Turtle Bay! This 3 BD/ 3 BA townhome is in a riverfront community that offers the best of both worlds, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! It has recently been updated with all new furniture and high-quality mattresses. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining area and living room that leads to a screened in porch with glimpses of the river. The main bedroom is located upstairs and opens to a private deck. Each of 3 bedrooms have access to their own private bathroom and each provide plenty of storage space. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! Footage: 1480 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles; 1 car fits comfortably in the garage and 1 more car can be parked under a covered carport. The community pool is open April - October from 8am-10pm (exact dates vary depending on the weather) The fishing dock is accessible year-round. Please note the HOA does not permit boats in the complex, or use of the dock for boating purposes. The building is elevated so the entry is via stairs (no elevator is available) We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Located in a quiet neighborhood and an easy 12 minute walk to the beach! The community pool wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t an inconvenience to my family since we didn’t use the pool. Having a washer and dryer was a major bonus and they leave a few laundry detergent pods as a courtesy. The puzzle in the house is missing 9 pieces but overall this is a great place for a family vacation. Our only issue was with the grill which didn't work as described and caused some trouble, but the rental company was incredibly responsive & kind about resolving the issue. Our family loved all the restaurants and our grandkids loved the beaches and pool. The place is perfectly located to Center Street and the fun and food there but tucked away in a quiet area. The pool was nice, the beds soft (though kind of hot - foam mattresses), and there were plenty of items for our use. The only down side is that the floor was not well cleaned upon arrival, but the management was quick with their response about it. Great stay! ##### Joanne V.
