Here's what you can expect: Downstairs: \* Spacious living room with a pull out queen sofa bed—perfect for lounging, game nights, or movie marathons. \* A collection of books, board games, and arcade-style fun for all ages. \* Laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs: \* Two cozy bedrooms with comfy beds and bold, eclectic artwork. \* Full bathroom with all the essentials. \* Fully equipped (but compact) kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal. You'll also find a beverage station stocked with regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, sugar, and creamer. \* Outdoor deck with a fire table and seating—perfect for watching Netflix under the stars (yes, there's high-speed internet and streaming available!).
