Great location for Charleston Location

Great House for events

The house was amazing. There’s adequate parking (7+ cars.) The house is spacious clean and comfortable. There's a small porch and table out back perfect for smoking. The host was kind enough to leave us a kit for a New Year’s party. I would definitely recommend for anyone passing through town or looking for a gathering place.

6 of us stayed with our dog and had family come over for dinner. The house was perfect. Location was so easy with plenty of parking! Hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely book again in the future. It was a perfect experience. We don’t have a single complaint. It was spacious, clean, smelled great, central air and heat. Comfortable beds. You couldn’t ask for a better property! And the water pressure was phenomenal! No issues with showers!

Teays Valley Family Reunion

Property was perfect. Fenced in yard was good for dog and kids. Host left chalk to write on the concrete patio. Floors were clean and uncarpeted which we appreciated, especially since we had toddlers. Only reason I couldn't give cleanliness 5 stars was because couches smelled. Will definitely return for next family reunion.

The house inside was totally updated with lots of parking in front of the house. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. John our host stopped by to make sure everything was ok. The home was open concept which was great for our Christmas Day family gathering.
