This third floor (with elevator), four bedroom condo has stunning views of the Isle of Palms beach and Atlantic Ocean from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony. You'll love the high end gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking oven, custom cabinetry, cork-lined walls and granite counter tops. Guests are welcome to use the community pool (open late March through October), gas BBQ grill and private boardwalk beach access (with outdoor shower). This condo is conveniently located near Isle of Palms amenities, a few miles from Sullivan's Island restaurants and a short drive to Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Great time with nephews and grand nephews, all that is needed is within walking distance or short drive. Extra credit for a great balcony! Reminds me of the years when I lived in Long Beach.

positives - beach access - love all the dogs on the beach ad bunny rabbits all over property grounds. walkable and safe area. Lots of positives but a few things to consider- frig does not have water filter so bring your own water, not a panoramic view of ocean as wall on left side of patio prevents seeing sunrise but still nice view. a/c will only go to 72 so its not as cool temp as i would like.

Perfect get away for family to reconnect
We stayed in mid-May 2024. It was a lot of fun. Some good restaurants nearby. Kitchen was perfect. Walk to the beach was easy. The pool was nice. The owners were easy to work with. We had a great stay. Even got to watch some dolphins playing near the pier along the shore. Overall it was a great place for our family to reconnect and spend time together. Everyone had plenty of space. Would definately stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at this property while in town for a wedding. The view is amazing and the condo overall was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the owners prompt communication and the nice bottle of wine they provided as a welcome. We will book this property again for sure!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and in a great location. We would love to come back. However the first few hours we were there our car was towed because we didn't have our parking pass. We were unaware about the aggressive towing that a lot of people are calling "predatory towing" in Isle of Palms. We didn't even have a chance to unpack our car and there were multiple parking spots left in the garage. I overlooked our parking pass by email and had only read that we would have two private spots in the garage. I believe more awareness should be brought to others attention about the parking pass as this was a very stressful and unfortunate event when we had already paid to stay at this location.

We stayed at Ocean Pearl in early August. So happy we chose this beautiful condo. Very clean. Easy access to ocean. Fabulous views while relaxing on the balcony. Plenty of space inside. Nice to walk to a variety of restaurants within just a few minutes. Would definitely stay again!

It was 8 of us. 6 adults, 2 children. My father in law is severely disabled. I booked this spot for the beachfront access, large balcony, and the elevator. The parking was simple and the elevator was key. There’s no formal check-in which I loved. Just go straight on in. Place was super clean, the massive balcony was a hotspot for us all hanging out. Incredible view!!! I also loved that you needed a code for everything as it cut down on through traffic. It’s nearby all the restaurants and shops. We didn’t use our vehicles once while there. Will definitely be looking for a similar spot next year when it’s just us 4, without the grandparents.

I’m sorry to say the condo was not very clean. One of the bedrooms had hair all over the pillow and sheets. We had to wash sheets after traveling for 6 hours. I didn’t feel real clean in there. I reached out to the owner and they said they would give me a credit but so far I haven’t seen one. The unit needs to be updated badly. It’s very dated for the price of the rental. The positive thing was that the location was good and you could walk to most places.

We had a great time. The condo was in a very convenient location, right on the main road. This condo is right next to a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed free entertainment. The music was over by 9:30 pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. The only negative in my opinion. It would be the darkness of the master bedroom and bath. I prefer light and bright areas to see. It was very dark and dim. Some would love it.

Everything was incredibly easy in terms of the check-in process. The property was amazing! Perfect parking with easy access to the elevator and they had carts to help you get your stuff to the condo. The views are amazing! The balcony is large and the furniture is perfect! Everything is so comfortable. The kitchen is just wow! I couldn’t wait to put my groceries in the fancy sub zero fridge! We had a great time! Will absolutely be back again!!

The property was VERY clean. The floor plan is well suited for a family with children. The location was great and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The views were wonderful. The property could use some better lighting, but that is a pretty minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay!
