Surround yourself in elegance in this exclusive Oceanfront home on the Isle of Palms. “Palm Breeze” offers 5 incredible bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and a sleeping den with bathroom! Additionally, there are 4 levels of private decks, a top of the line Chef's Kitchen, a spacious living room with newly updated furniture, and an elevator for added convenience.

Spacious and lovely, the first floor boasts an amazing open great room with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Spectacular ocean views await you from the comfortable living room complete with an entertainment system of Direct TV/HBO/Sonos, 55” Samsung LED HDTV, Blu-Ray player, as well as a 40" flat-panel TV with Blu-Ray player. It provides the perfect set up for watching your favorite sports. For a quieter moment, relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite beverage from the granite top wet bar with Sub Zero mini-fridge.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite Lowcountry meal. Along with granite countertops and a center prep island, the state of the art stainless appliances include a Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, Professional Wolf 6 burner 36 " gas range, separate Wolf convection oven with warming drawer, Wolf microwave, dishwasher, and Subzero icemaker. The dining room provides seating for 12 and Kitchen Island seats an additional 4.

A Primary Bedroom Suite occupies one of the 2 bedrooms on the first floor with beautiful ocean views, a king-size bed, and a spa-like Primary Bath with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. To top it off, you have private access to the pool and spa area for that midnight dip. The guest bedroom on this floor features a King bed and a private full bath with tub/shower. A conveniently located laundry room and powder room round out the remaining rooms on the first floor.

The Best Part of the entire first floor may be the outdoor living space. While enjoying a dip in the pool or spa you will look out beyond the perfectly manicured resort-like backyard and take in the unobstructed ocean views. You will be able to soak up the sun or enjoy the shade while floating in the plunge pool with a swim-up bar, even with underwater stools! Cook up a fabulous lunch for your group in the outdoor kitchen with a professional-grade five-burner gas grill, lounge on the oversized chaise lounge chairs, or enjoy some shade at one of the two patio tables.

The second floor greets you with another Primary Bedroom Suite complete with King bed, Twin sleeper chair, private bath with large walk-in dual headed shower, and access to the second-floor porch for those amazing ocean views. Two guest bedrooms have Queen Beds and private baths with tub/shower. The 4th Bedroom is a recreation room with 2 Queen beds, along with a private full bath, a built-in, granite top wet bar, Sub Zero mini fridge, and access to the second floor porch.

For true oceanfront living with a view, nothing can beat the 4 furnished levels of porches awaiting you at this home. In addition to the first-floor pool deck, read a book or entertain at the outdoor living room on the 2nd level deck, enjoy happy hour at the high-top table and dry bar on the 3rd level, and escape the crowds for some private sunbathing and stunning 360-degree island sunset views on the 4th level rooftop patio.

For a perfect day at the beach, fill the provided cooler from the 500 lb. industrial ice maker on the lower level. Beach cart and beach chairs are available for guests. Stroll up the private boardwalk and find your ideal spot on the beach. If you want to enjoy a nice quiet lunch, you can take a few steps off the beach to your private pavilion with beach shower/foot bath for convenience. Finish your fantastic beach day with a dip in the first-floor deck/ splash pool & spa.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Perfect in every way!

We chose to come to IOP for my parents, who are 80 years old. They had traveled here for many years with a group of their friends and for them, this brought back many fond memories.We chose this property because it had everything we wanted and needed - an elevator, pool, beach front, and large enough for our families. It was better than we expected! Clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable! Puzzles and games are available - we worked every puzzle, except the Chihuly one - I think that one is impossible :-) - we gave up on that one. Plenty of seating and places to hang out and get away. You don't even have to leave if you don't want to!The bedrooms are huge and super comfortable. Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bath. The dip pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or going into town. The kitchen has every possible thing you can think of and the pots and pans are in good condition.During our stay, the hot water heaters had to be replaced. The property managers and the owners were immediately on that, had them replaced when we went in to town, and compensated us for the inconvenience. The property managers were very responsive to any questions we had and were very easy to get in touch with. I would absolutely stay in this property again. It was a great home with beautiful grounds, amazing access to the beach, and a perfect location for getting around in IOP. Loved it!

Best Birthday Celebration

We had a surprise birthday celebration for my husband and couldn’t have picked a more wonderful location! The house is fabulous! The landscaping is beautiful, and views are to die for. Daytime at the beach and evenings on the balcony pool and hot tub…oh and the kitchen actually has everything!

Great 6 bed house with separate ensuite bathrooms

We planned a Christmas through New Year’s family getaway (all grown kids with their spouses). Got lucky with warmweather so walked to the beach via private path, used hot tub and pool and sunbathed on upper decks. We congregated in main large room with gas fireplace and all had privacy in separate bedrooms. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston so best of all worlds. Highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - AS ADVERTISED.

This house was all that we could have expected . We had a weeklong extended family vacation. The property was large enough to accommodate all of our guests and give us plenty of space when we wanted some downtime. The beachfront access is amazing with a beautiful walk thru the garden on your own private walkway. Plenty of amenities, amazing location and very attentive when questions were asked.

AMAZING!

I highly recommend this home to anyone. We went on a bachelorette trip with 15 girls. There was more than enough space for all of us. Beds were incredibly comfortable, everything was clean. The views and walk to the beach is amazing. The pool was great. The decks get great sun but also provide shade in areas. Perfect location!!! Tip to big groups - order vans or ubers in advance to head to King st.

Great location, great house!

Loved the house and location, unfortunately the spa valve was broken, so the first day when we went to turn the spa on it drained into the pool and the pool overflowed so we had to turn it off and call the pool service company. Also, there was construction going on during our stay next door so it was noisy throughout the morning and day. I would also add that the garage door was broken on the left and the key process was a little dated, there should be a lock box and you shouldn't have to drive 5-10 minutes to the rental office to pick up and drop off house keys in today's day and age. Makes it inconvenient. But the views, location, cleanliness, and accommodations were great! Comfortable, beautiful and clean! Just wished the noise level and construction crew on the roof next to us were communicated to us in advance.

Great house on IOP

We have been renting on IOP for at least 10 years and have had great experiences. This house is probably one of the best we’ve stayed in for the price! The small pool was perfect for small kids and a few adults. The private board walk was very well kept and the position on the beach was great. The house is next to a public access which makes it a bit busier but over all there is plenty of room on the beach. We loved the common area and that every room has its own bathroom. The house was perfect for our family!

Perfect week with family!

Property exceeded expectations. Beach was wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is a sign or some type of designation made at the end of the boardwalk out to the beach.....had several people wonder back there...including showering at the cabana out by the beach.

Heaven on Isle of Palms

We had family from west coast, gulf coast, and east coast stay at this beautiful property at 2916 Palm Blvd for my oldest daughter's wedding. This house had everything we needed and more. The elevator was wonderful for my 88 year old mother. My daughter and her sisters prepared in the upstairs room with its own wet bar and fridge. The back yard grounds are so beautiful that we took our family wedding pictures there. The views from the top decks are spectacular, especially for those willing to be up at sunrise. There was some fierce table tennis played. The hot tub and splash pool were both key on this cooler than usual September week. Speaking of cooler, there is a hotel grade ice maker on the property as well as a regular one for drinks in the kitchen. The only negative was that household items (paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper) provided were a bit scant for a property this size for a week, but we were advised ahead of time we would need these items. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home

Our family loved our time in this spacious and comfortable home. The pool and hot tub was awesome, access to the beach, all the kitchen needs readily available. When things run smoothly you know it was a great home! We couldn't have asked for more fun with our family which ranges from age 6 months to teenagers. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
