PLUS, a lot of the switches to operate the ceiling fans have a cover over them so you cant even turn the fan on in the den. Additionally, the bedroom that the AC did work in was not getting hot water when we got there and we had to call maintenance to come fix that. Luckily they were very responsive and arrived quickly.
