A group of 5 of us were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday. We loved the house and Jaime went above and beyond to accommodate us. The beds were so comfortable! We loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. My only hesitation would be for anyone 'of size' or with limited mobility staying upstairs. The spiral stairs were a bit of a challenge for a couple people in our group with ankle/knee issues. We loved the highly walkable area and found some great restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are upstairs in the former attic level, so the beds have low head clearance and the bathrooms are small. We did have two adults successfully sleep up there, but felt those bedrooms would be best suited for children. One note for the host is that we would have appreciated optional plug-in air fresheners since (like all historic southern homes) it can smell a bit musty in the summer.
