Looking for a relaxing, beautiful & comfortable Isle of Palms vacation home that is centrally located with complimentary access to the nearby Beachside community amenities, including the boardwalk & beach access point, community pool, pickleball court and tennis backboard? Beachside Cottage provides a wonderful vacation getaway for families & friends. This recently renovated, newly furnished home is tucked away in a peaceful location on the island that provides guests with privacy and access to the Beachside community amenities without all the car traffic. The beach (3 minute walk from the cottage), community pool (3 doors down the street from the cottage) and the nearby grocery store, butcher shop, seafood market and restaurants are all walking distance from Beachside Cottage -- you can park your car in the driveway upon your arrival and never get back into your car again until it is time to return home after checkout. The Beachside community is also adjacent to the County Park, which has lifeguard patrol of the County Park beach during peak season. Come back to the cottage at the end of the day for a rinse in the outdoor shower in the carport, a swing in the hammock or your favorite beverage on the cottage's front porch, screened porch or back deck.

Guests initially enter Beachside Cottage by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the screened porch. Enter the screened porch to find the front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the living room, dining room and kitchen. All of the rooms of the home are located on this one level. The master suite is located on one side of the living room and dining room and the two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room and dining room areas. You can access the screened porch through the master bedroom as well. The back door in the kitchen leads to the back deck, which has a picnic table, gas BBQ grill and an exterior staircase to the backyard.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Terrific location, lovely house!
This was the perfect spot for our family of five. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Location is excellent- a very short walk to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants are walks me too.

The location of the beach house was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach. The location felt isolated from the hustle and bustle of the other hotels and restaurants. Parking was great. Outdoor shower was very nice coming back from the beach. Everything worked like it should. We had a wonderful time.

Beach Perfection
As other reviews mentioned, you can’t beat the location. Unless you want to explore you never need a car. Everything is an easy and pleasant walk. House is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We are a family of 6 adults and we were very comfortable. Morning coffee on the screened porch, days spent on the beach and dinner within walking distance. We had a great pickle ball competition followed by a dip in the pool just at the end of the street. The public park is just behind the house, but you would never know it. Super quiet and the walkway to the beach leads to plenty of space to spread out. We loved that the beach is dog-friendly and enjoyed watching the fur babies playing in the ocean. Host communication was timely and responsive. We had no issues during our stay. Hate to leave. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We were generally happy with our stay. The accommodations were nice and clean. The washer and dryer could be updated as the dryer ruined several of our items. I also recommend a larger trash can in the kitchen. Overall the location was great but the house could use some updates.

Overall Great Property
The location and house were great! I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because I am very picky when it comes to deep cleaning and there were things that were missed. The bed sheets and mattress pad in our room were ill fitting and pretty worn out. Other than that, everything was great. The house was beautifully decorated. Thanks for letting us stay!
