This 3 Bed/3 Bath (sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers. Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with king bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the third full bathroom. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!! Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Footage: 1305 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. 2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Clean, very roomy, beautiful ocean front. The process for renting and getting into our Villa was seamless and if we did have any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. Only difficulties were ability to get parking permit and very delayed response to some questions from manager. Having to park off property in an unknown area and walk up to building alone at night was a little uncomfortable to get parking pass and button for gate. And there were no written directions for use of gate, only a video and i didn't realize that. But figured it out. Also having to do the amount of cleaning for a 3 bedroom with what i paid was a lot i have stayed many places and not had to take trash all the way to the dumpster myself and bag up the linens. Usually just need to strip beds and put things in tub. Isn't a lot if have help but alone it was a lot. stay was lovely. Property was wonderful location and space. ##### Gina V. The views are tremendous and access to parking and oceanfront is quite easy. The kitchen was generally well equipped for cooking, and the condo comfortably sleeps and seats six. There are two parking passes per rental, and elevator access to the floor. I would gladly stay here again if in this area. As for ways to improve: 1\. Put hangars in all bedroom closets 2\. Add a reusable coffee filter to the coffee maker 3\. Clean blankets along with other linens. The cleaning staff asked only for sheets and towels, making me wonder if blankets are washed too as per their listing. We added them to the dirty linen bags just to be safe. ##### Tim M. The condo was wonderful, we had everything we needed for a great stay. I always love being able to sit and watch the ocean. All restaurants and the pier (even though it’s still being remodeled) were easy walking distance. The management texted a couple times to see if we needed anything which was nice. Only complaint would be that the only restrooms by the pool are a couple of porta potties. We just walked back to the room every time. Overall excellent vacation!!! ##### Meghan H.
