  • Discover this warm and family house, only 4 km from Amboise. Perfect for stays with family or friends. It offers two charming bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a comfortable living room. You can also enjoy the enclosed garden, quiet, not overlooked, ideal for relaxing and a terrace for outdoor dining. A parking space is also provided. A few steps from the historic centre, it is the perfect pied-à-terre to explore Amboise and its region.
    This old house has been completely renovated and is on several levels. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, and the other with two beds of 90 x 190 cm. You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room equipped with a TV, and a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Each room is on a different floor. Only the bathroom is on the same level as bedroom 1 with the double bed. Outside, a well-oriented terrace and an enclosed garden.
