Meadowridge 8049 has six steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and

is not pet-friendly. This premier-rated unit sleeps eleven. After fourteen

steps up, you'll find the living room featuring a flatscreen TV. Please note

that the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use.



The fully functional kitchen includes a granite countertop breakfast bar with

two stools, an extra seating area for two guests, and a dining table that

seats six. On the main level, next to the kitchen, is the master bedroom with

a king bed and a full bath (note: there is no TV in the master bedroom).



Upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and a

pyramid bunk bed, with a TV available for streaming services only. The loft

area offers a Murphy double bed and a sectional sofa, sharing a full bath.



Meadowridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

This unit is ski-in only (weather permitting) and within walking distance to

the trail, with shuttle service also available. The small viewing deck

provides a grand view of the mountains, and guest use of the gas grill is

prohibited.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).



Please note: Check in for all rental units is at The Slopeside Hotel located

in the Seven Springs Resort.

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a

credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior

to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More

instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
