Bedrooms:
Linen and towels provided and beds made on your arrival in WINTER only, not in the SUMMER unless paid for as an extra in agreement with the owner.
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (can be joined as a large double)
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. (can be joined as a large double)


Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1. Ground floor with shower bath and wide vanity. Mirror is full length of large vanity top and there are lots of drawers for storage.
Shower room 2 on first floor. Contemporary glazed shower, all brand new.
Separate toilet 3 Ground floor.

Kitchen:
Cosy timber semi open plan kitchen with cooker, high level Bosch oven, Bosch dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue, pots, pans all cutlery and glass wear etc.

Utility Room:
A tumble drying washing machine is provided in the bathroom

Living Rooms:
Living room with cathedral ceiling to mezzanine over. Great views of Mont Blanc., Aiguille de midi and the Chamonix Valley. Lovely traditional chalet living room suite. Second family lounge on mezzanine with TV, player.(also sofa bed).

Other:
Large mezzanine with second lounge (great fun lounge area for children or to watch films) with TV..

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Our local agents provide linen and towels for an extra fee and can arrange cleaning (extra) if you do not want to clean yourselves.

Laundry/ A tumble drying washing machine is provided in the bathroom.The chalet apartment and a cellar conveniently located for storage of your skis.

Outside
Large full width balcony with table chairs and sun umbrella. Fabulous south westerly aspect with wonderful views of Mont Blanc. Surrounded by large garden; great for winter fun, snow-balls, snow-man and igloo building! Lovely in the summer for quiet peaceful relaxation in stunning surroundings of mountains, glaciers, the spectacular peaks of the Mont Blanc massif with the Aiguille de Midi and the Chamonix valley. There is an outdoor patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer use.

Cozy chalet in a super location for skiing Grand Monte's
A lovey and "cozy" European chalet perfectly located to the place you want to ski when visiting Chamonix. Note that you are a 30 minutes bus ride away from the town of Chamonix, but right next to the best skiing. The host and management were easy to communicate with, which helped in finding the chalet complex that is tucked away just a bit. Cheers

New Year Family Ski Trip
This place is perfect for a family ski trip, there was 7 of us in total 2 adults and 5 children. The apartment was cosy and was very well equipped with everything you would need. A very short walk to the lift at Argentierre which had brilliant skiing (5mins even with children in tow) We also ventured to Les Houches (1hr 15mins on bus) Les Praz (15mins on bus) and Le Tour (15 mins on bus) Richard the owner was so helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and was extremely accomodating. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again as it has everything we could have needed, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen well equipped everything was just perfect and we had a wonderful family holiday!

Nice and lovely stay in Chamonix
We had a very nice 4 days stay after new year. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The flat is extremly nice, cosy and convenient. It's 5 minutes walk from the departure of Grands Jorets. We could have been up to 7 or 8 in the flat, so it was very comfortable for 5. We clearly recommend this place!

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour en étant 2 couples d'amis avec jeunes enfants (4 adultes et 2 enfants entre 3 et 6 ans). Pour les + : Appartement idéalement situé à proximité de la télécabine d'Argentière (on y va très facilement à pied), et à 300m de l'espace débutant (Chosalets). L'appartement est spacieux, avec un séjour très agréable et chaleureux. 3 chambres bien isolées et une literie de qualité donc au top pour un repos post-ski ! 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, donc très pratique pour 2 couples avec enfants. Pour les - : Pas de micro-onde disponible. Pas d'appareil à raclette malgré l'annonce (mais possibilité d'en emprunter aux vendeurs de fromage du coin ^^). Le ménage était correct, mais il ne faut pas fouiller sous le lit... Le propriétaire (anglais) répond facilement aux mails. Par contre l'agence qui gère l'appartement sur place ne parle qu'en anglais.

Disappointing apartment
We have booked the apartment for a 1-week summer stay. We have been disappointed by the overall quality of the accommodation vs the high rating on homelidays. The apartment (not chalet) is located in a small quiet building and offers indeed a great view onto the Glacier des Bossons (in the distance). Unfortunately the apartment was dirty when we arrived! Not acceptable :(( We had to start our stay with a couple of hours cleaning. The owner reacted positively but late and by mail (one day later). In addition, the apartment itself is showing many signs of poor maintenance and lack of regular cleaning ... Speaking about maintenance the owner had omitted to inform us of the contractors working the whole week on the roofs of the building... The apartment is well located yet location isn’t everything. We have found the apartment of low value for money and in a much poorer state than we had expected.

L'appartement est très confortable et agréable( Les photos correspondent bien au lieu). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les cadeaux trouvés sur place . Richard nous a donné plein d'informations sur Argentière et Chamonix . Il a également répondu très vite à toutes nos questions. Bref c'est une location parfaite !

Excellente location
Très agréable location, parfaitement située (randonnées au départ du logement et télécabine à 2mn à pied) et avec une vue incroyable sur le Mont-Blanc. Aucun point négatif à signaler, désolé, mais c'était vraiment 10 jours parfaits ! J'espère vraiment avoir l'occasion de revenir, toujours en été mais un peu plus loin dans la saison (moins de neige résiduelle en altitude...). Encore merci pour cette merveilleuse location ! J.M. Nette Wohnung großartige Region
Die Wohnung lässt an sich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ankunft und Abreise haben problemlos funktioniert. Leider hatte man uns die WLAN Infos nicht mittgeteilt und der Schlüssel zum Skikeller hat gefehlt. Zudem stimmt die Beschreibung auf Ferienwohnung direkt nicht mit der tatsächlichen Situation überein. Auf FeWo Direkt ist von einem Hot tub die Rede, dieser ist nicht vorhanden. Trotzdem möchte ich betonen, dass wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Auch der Preis ist absolut in Ordnung und die Nähe zur Gondel ist für Skifahrer sehr praktisch.
