"It’s out of the tourist area and need to take an uber to the square but it was a good hotel with comfy beds, hot water and good breakfast. If you’re looking for something that’s walkable this may not be for you but otherwise great place!"
"From dealing with Maribel in the beginning then with Araceli, the customer service was out of this world, the property was in excellent shape, the area safe to walk and plenty of transportation is availabe around the area"
"Hotel Hacienda is in a great location. It’s walking distance to everything in the city center. The property is really nice and the staff is fantastic."

"The property decor and architecture was beautiful and I loved the courtyard with a fountain. The room was spacious and the shower was the BEST in Peru. It was quiet enough but you could hear people in the other rooms and in the courtyard. The bed was a little too firm for me tho. The breakfast buffet was also the best I had experienced in Peru - homemade bread and cakes, lots of fruit and eggs cooked to order. Although the San Pedro market area could be a little seedy, it was handy to have the 'local' market so close and it was always busy so I felt safe walking around by myself. Couldn't really figure out the "one drink for free per day" as they gave me a bottle of soda water the first night but then charged me for a bottle of water the next so I just didn't bother after that. Would recommend tho! "
"The hotel was exactly as described, and the room was beautiful. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was born on the best I had in Cusco. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have an extended stay or are acclimating to the higher altitude. "
"This is a reasonably priced, family run hotel in a convenient part of the city. Be aware that there is a very significant difference between rooms. I did not like our first room at all, as it had no outward facing windows, was always rather dark, and had an unappealing and cramped layout. However, we asked to change rooms and really enjoyed the layout, the large window and sunshine during the day. If you stay here and don’t like the room you are offered, ask to see other options. "
