I enjoyed my stay thanks to the courteous and helpful staff, the cleanliness of my room and especially the bedding. The big bonus was the gym. But it could use an upgrade. Some of the equipment didn't work.

The room was amazing. Very roomy. I loved that there was a full size fridge with a freezer that made ice. The shower head was higher than most hotels. I’m tall so that was awesome!! Loved the snack/coffee room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Lovely property/gardens…very friendly staff member (sorry didn’t get her name) at check-in, which was quick and efficient..
Beautifully decorated (ready for the holidays) foyer and breakfast area… everywhere very clean and tidy, lovely room…(which was an accessible King room) my only criticism would be the strange placement of the fixed seat in the shower, which made it awkward for my husband (able bodied) to shower, plus could easily catch your foot/toe on the metal base of seat… Everything...

The area is clean, safe, close to shopping and the freeway. The staff always greets you and are cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping staff are so cheerful and helpful as well. Breakfast is hot, plentiful and delicious. The bathroom is bright, big and the shower runs properly. This was my second stay on my third trip to Modesto California. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has been beautifully renovated. You can tell the building is old, but they've done a great job sprucing it up. The location isn't GREAT, but it's also not terrible. I'd recommend this hotel for mid length stays.
