« Bel accueil, mais en premier, on a eu une chambre qui n'avait pas eu de nettoyage, mais on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre avec une alarme de feu qui faisait bip bip à toutes les 30 secondes. On a appelé l'office, mais malgré que la dame était censée nous envoyer quelqu'un, on ne l'a jamais vu. C'est toutefois notre seul point négatif. »

« Door was beat up for closing, I was denied breakfast even though it was paid for as part of affirm pkg, there were grooves in tub with grit and even though I tried to clean it before using it didn’t work. Channels were limited with no WiFi even though room was supposed to come with WiFi. »

« The pool water was dirty, the entire hotel smelled like mold and mildew, air conditioner, do not work good,the carpet in the hallways are filthy. The walls are dirty the “ breakfast” was cereal and bagels. »
