the hotel had no robes or room service as expedia displayed but thats not their fault, its expedia! so i had to pay extra for no reason and have yet to receive a refund or update . the hotel also attempted to charge me numerous times for the same stay i paid for in advance. The door to my bathroom did not close and the tv was outdated. the amenities such as the rooftop bar, lobby cafe/bar, 24/7 staff in front, and the valet were great touches though, the room was not as expected

Amazing location! Can walk to many wonderful restaurants. La Grotta was outstanding for Italian. Stella’s grocery offers excellent wine options, delicious sandwiches and desserts. Tj’s in the Jefferson hotel a great option for breakfast. The true gems of staying here are the staff! Every single front desk staff was so kind and helpful. I must single out Annabelle the resident cat too. Best hostess in rva and so polite. The hotel is quaint and quiet and clean. I love escaping the suburbs and enjoying some time in the city.
