"We arrived to the Inn with a paid reservation and couldn’t find a place to park on the property. We parked in the street. When we checked in, the front desk told us that there was a wedding party at the Inn. She also said we shouldn’t park on the street after 9 because we could be ticketed. We left for dinner and found one place to park when we returned. I wondered what would have happened if there were no places available? Taken our chances at being issued a citation?"

"We had a great stay! This is a quaint, charming little hotel in the Mount Sunapee area that was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, inviting, and spotless, and we especially loved the bathroom. You can tell the property is cared for and that attention is paid to the details. The only area that could use some improvement is the selection of drinks and snacks available for guests—it was pretty limited. A few more choices would be a nice addition. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, charming, and a great place to stay while visiting the Sunapee area!"

"The Shaker museum was beautiful and the room was comfortable in clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things the property could do to make the stays even better: make it clear that there’s no elevator to rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful bringing things upstairs, but they’re not around 24/7. Second, coffee in the rooms would be *greatly* appreciated. On an early Sunday morning, I had to drive across the bridge to Dunkin’ because nothing else was open. I understand wanting to keep the historic charm of the property, but small keurig machines would go a long way!"

"Having stayed night after night at different motels, the inn was a welcome change from the "modern" places we had been experiencing. The old fashoned wood paneling and china rather than paper plates, along with the cloth napkins offered an elegance that other places did not. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented."

"This place is a gem. It clean and cosy and the sounds of the waterfall was phenomenal! Vinnie was so easy to work with and I enjoyed this place so much. Highly recommend! I hope to return someday!"

"I called for a late check in and got a very pleasant and helpful woman who spoke regular American english! It was refreshing to actually get good customer service without having to try and decipher gibberish. It is a very nice roadside motel. Exactly what I needed, a clean comfortable room that I could park directly on front of,a nice shower with fixtures that were completely functional and worked as expected. It was refreshing to stay in what used to be nearly every motel in America."

"My husband and I had our wedding here. The check in process was smooth and the hosts were very communicative. The rooms were very clean and the outdoor area was very well maintained. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends/family."
