« This house has several bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, which is great for a large group. It is secluded in a really nice, lush green, wooded area. Some parts of the house are updated really nicely; others are outdated and in need of repair (e.g. holes in walls, cloudy full length mirror.) « The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy! »

« I was surprised finding this place. You'd never guess it was here. A decent little studio. The neighborhood is a little sketch (i know the neighborhood from previous experience) but you'd never know you were there while inside the apartment. The only real drawback is the intersection can be quite loud sometimes. This isn't something the owner of the property can't help so i wouldn't hold it against them. »

« Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. « Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. »

« This was one of the best rentals on any platform I have used. Perfectly clean, adorably furnished and perfect interaction with host and met all needs. It’s hard to find nice spaces that allow dogs and I pride myself in making it looking like no one stayed there by the time we left.
