The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good with really comfy beds. The downside was the water was not very hot in my shower however My friend was in a different room said hers was fime. Overall a good place to stay

Yes, room spotless and service personnel super attentive as well as front desk, concierge, buffet personnel Christian, room attendants on 18th floor. Everyone has a welcoming attitude and always smiling as soon as you step in the main entrance. Oh, its just hard to work on the tv coz its on chonese but the technician put alk the time to fix it. It was a wonderful stay and wish to come back next time in Cebu coz everything is within walking distance to Ayala malls, casino, etc. Not to mention our buffet breakfast is massive and very affordable with hotel discount. But senior cant do this all the time. They shld have affordable small portion meals even as to go meals. Our seniors cant eat, too much. Clean room stood the best, special thanks from rm. 1832 and 906\. Staff are naturally superb assisting us all the time. Very happy camper here. Awesome stay.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

The staff were friendly. The family room that we stayed in for three nights on the third floor was extremely noisy from 9pm until 3-4 am. It sounded like there was a nightclub close by. We did not have a restful sleep. I should have asked for another room on the second night.

Room was close to lobby first night loud, then moved to 2nd floor nicer room but hard on stairs . A/C had problem super cold we had to shut it off was freezing and very little thin bedding to cover. had to put my sweats and hoody on.
