Verbena Pension House liegt in Centrallage, neben Robinson Mall und Robinsons Galeria, jeepneys, Restaurants und Bars, nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zur Colon St, Sto. Nino Church und Magellans Cross mit jeepney, alles sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber, mit gemütliches weiches Bett, TV, mit kalt und heißes Wasser am Flur. Badetücher, Seife und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Bei der Reception wird man mit Gürkensaft begrüßt. Das Früstück ist in Buffetform ( eat all you can), schmackhaft, und jeden Tag anders. Die Reception sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Great staff, I enjoyed it here, the staff opened doors and always had a smile on their face when they saw me. A great change from budget chinese hostels. It would have been nice to have had a bedside table instead of the clothes hanger wardrobe installed next to the bed, but otherwise the rooms were well outfitted.
