Cayamant Vacation Packages

I was travelling with a small dog (under 10 pounds). Most hotels charge a nominal fee for pets - but this hotel charged almost as much as it cost a human to stay. I found the fee exorbitant and unfair.

Parking $33/night, valid until 6pm day of checkout and managed by a third party. Third floor underground has an elevator to hotel. You do not need a room key to go from parking garage to hotel lobby. Bathroom is pretty nice. Beds were comfortable. I brought my father along, who loved the hotel. If there’s an outdoor event going on, you can hear it on the ninth floor, but it didn’t go into the night so it wasn’t an issue. Coffee was Nespresso; there was no complementary coffee, tea or water in the lobby. If Nespresso isn’t your favourite, there’s a cafe in the neighbouring hotel or a block or so to fast food coffee shops. Room key didn’t work at first, so I couldn’t get to the hotel room. Staff at front desk were able to help. You can pull in right at the front door of the hotel and check in before going to the parking garage/elsewhere.

Nice room with a VERY nice modern bathroom. This could be an awesome hotel but there a few things that annoyed me: 1- no possibility to control de temperature of your room. The room was too cold for my wife. (Maybe add an electric fireplace in the room) 2- no car charger if you have an electric car. Other than that, it is charming and well located.

Welcoming, helpful, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. A few housekeeping issues that were always quickly sorted. Breakfast quite repetitive, would be nice for some variation. Overnight oats and chia seeds were both far too sweet for my palate. I'm not sure if they were made with sweetened milk or just sugar added, but would really appreciate no sugar in these, as they are meant to be healthy options. People can add their own sugar if desired. Would be nice to have fresh healthy muffins available daily, not the store bought packaged very sweet ones. They could be sourced from a local bakery, to save the staff any extra work. Overall a great hotel and I am a repeat customer, which says it all!
