You will stay in an authentic 19th century Provençal farmhouse completely restored in 2004.
160m2 at your disposal and fully equipped: a living room-kitchen, a TV room, mezzanine workspace. 3 independent bedrooms accommodating beds for 7 people. 1 bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. 2 separate toilets, a cot and a high chair on request. Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Wi-Fi in all interior areas and terrace.
The house is fully equipped: list on request. Basic necessities are available: soap, toilet paper, shampoo shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, kitchen seasoning, etc...
A beautiful terrace entirely shaded by a vineyard and a flowered bignone overlooks a pretty fenced and wooded garden. The swimming pool is flat-bottomed (water line 1m40), secured by a surface alarm and overlooks an outdoor kitchen and summer bedroom. Garden hammock, deckchairs, large gas barbecue (Broil King) and plancha are available. Private and sheltered parking inside the property Shops, amenities and bus line are 5 minutes from operation.
The area is quiet, at the bottom of the St Jacques hill and close to the city centre. The house is ideally located to radiate in Provence: less than 20 kms from Avignon, Saint Rémy de Provence, l'Isle sur Sorgues, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Gordes, Les Baux de Provence, Luberon and Alpilles... Cavaillon is nestled against the bed of the Durance between the Luberon and the Alpilles. Ideally located for hiking, fishing, cycling (rentals in town), Morières golf course 15 kms, amusement parks, tree climbing, via ferrata on the St Jacques hill accessible on foot from the house, tennis, sports halls, cinemas, theatre, media library etc...
Entry to the premises is self-contained (key box) from 16:00 with the possibility of dropping off luggage from 12:00. Check-out is before 10:00.
Exit cleaning is taken care of by a professional team, mandatory supplement of 100 euros/stay.
Small pets (prior agreement requested) are accepted and under certain conditions.
