"Absolutely loved the location and the outdoor spaces, including the patio outside our room. The room was a comfortable size, but could benefit from some updating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit sparse, the items that were provided were running low with an hour left of service. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. "

"Nice location. Beds were kinda firm and no breakfast other than an expensive sit-down restaurant. Room was spacious and great view of harbor. Couple of spiders in the bathroom could use some preventative maintenance. "

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "
