« Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. « By far the worst and most hostile hotel experience I’ve ever had in Romania – or anywhere else. When I arrived, I politely asked for a double room and the price. They showed me a room with a queen bed, exactly what I needed. I then asked if they could match the cheaper online price — they refused, which was fine, so I booked online anyway. Only a few minutes later, the manager came to me in a shockingly aggressive and unfriendly manner and told me I would now get a completely different room —...
