"This apartment has recently been comprehensively refurbished to a high standard, it’s very well set up with a great bed, walk in shower, extensive lighting options, a huge tv and a good kitchen set up. A word of warning about check in- I missed the email telling me I had to contact the owner ahead of arrival to be met and shown in. Fortunately I received an immediate response and the owner was on site when I contacted through the online enquiry and all was good"

"We never had much interaction with the host. Our guide was able to call and get our check in instructions for us. Other than the guide speaking with the host we never saw anyone. It had a nice location as it was in the Old Town and the room was clean and we felt safe. I would tell a friend about it but would let them know that there is no view but if that is not important then I would say it was a nice place to stay."

"First the good: Turtles in the courtyard fountain! I noticed they were friendly to humans, so I asked at the front desk and was given a small bowl of food to offer the turtles. As an animal lover, this was truly the highlight of my stay here. I loved it when they took food directly from my hand! The balconies off the rooms are very small but are also quaint and felt intimate. Clean bedding, responsive staff. Very walkable to points of interest. When we pulled in the first night, there was not a single parking spot left. The gentleman at the front desk came outside to assist us with where to put our car, which was very much appreciated since this was our first time in Romania. Breakfast was a positive experience as well. The not-so-good: On our first full day, our room flooded due to plumbing. Staff quickly moved us to another room. Our room was not down a hallway, but the hallways I saw were carpeted in what had to have been very old carpet, and did not look very sanitary. The common areas were clean, but it seems the hotel needs to do some maintenance/upgrades. A smoking area right at a point where, when the door opens, the smoke wafts inside, was not appealing at all."

"Hands down the best accommodation we have had in a long time. The appartment is located in a nice community of appartments for locals, it is a very homey environment. The neighbors were very kind to us. It is perfectly located in the city center. And if you get free street parking then it is even more awesome. Of note, the paid parking is not suuuper expensive compared to other cities in Europe. The appartment itself is very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The host is very responsive and helpful."
