However, we found that some important details fell short of the expectations typically associated with a four-star property. Specifically: 1\. Used water bottles, drinking glasses, and vanity amenity sets were not replenished during our stay. Similarly, teas, coffees, and other in-room refreshments were not restocked. 2\. The bed was not properly made; rather, the duvet was simply pulled up, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned — only the towels were refolded. 3\. Some rooms lacked sufficient lighting at the entrance and wardrobe area, making it difficult to see and organize clothing. 4\. Rooms did not provide a luggage rack, making it inconvenient to manage our belongings. 5\. Lastly, the room ventilation was poor, and we were left needing to sleep with the window open, which unfortunately led to me becoming unwell by the end of our stay.
