"Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking lot was in good condition, right out front. Late check-in was easy. However, the wifi appeared to be malfunctioning and the ice machine was broken."

"The room was clean. The room was totally worn out. Needs a complete refreshing. Paint was peeling. Around the bathtub there was black in the caulking. Tub was very slippery. Had to put a towel down to keep from falling. The refrigerator was noisy. Everything was very old looking. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins were tiny. There were only three pillows on the bed when we got there. Two guests and three pillows? We called down for an extra pillow and the clerk said that housekeeping was gone for the day so we couldn't get one until tomorrow. A maintenance man came around tomorrow and we told him about it and he said that we could have had an extra pillow that night. He gave us one. not a very good experience."

They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon. "Room was clean and staff was friendly. HOWEVER: I would probably not put handicapped guests on the 2nd floor - if there is a fire and the elevator is closed, there is NO WAY for them to get down the stairs safely."
