There is no direct access to the lake. Locals at the nearest restaurant- Basshole are exceptional & food is worth the dollar - same for the other restaurant across from the gas station - amazing ! Nothing fancy - but very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The only thing we had a little issue with was the parking, but it wasn't too bad. There was one spot in front of each room, which would seem to me that people would park in the spot closest to their room (though they aren't numbered, so it's not like they were assigned spaces), but "our" spot was always taken. It was mainly annoying because our kiddo is in a wheelchair and it just would have been nice to be closer. (And...Apparently Room #1 is the best one to have because a guy in the office tried to get me to sell it to him for 10 NeeDohs...It was a very nice room, but I don't know how it compares to the others)"
