Internet and cell service available. This comfortable studio is walkable distance of the Missouri River and world-class fly fishing. It abuts the Missouri River Bar and Grill, Prewett Creek RV Park, and fly shop with shuttles. Expect to see bighorn sheep and other wildlife! Barbeque and seating area outside. Come stay in a new studio with a full kitchen! You can take advantage of the queen bed and a pull-out sofa. There is an enclosed bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and storage. Internet and cell service. This comfortable studio is very near to the Missouri River and world-class fly fishing. It abuts the Missouri River Bar and Grill, Prewett Creek RV Park, and fly shop with shuttles. Expect to see Bighorn sheep and other wildlife. Barbeque and seating area outside. This is a cozy studio for two, however, it can accommodate four with the sleeper/pull-out sofa. The bedroom offers a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom containing a shower, toilet, and storage. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. This quaint studio is equipped with everything you need and nothing you don't - just bring your own food! Pets are welcome with an additional deposit per pet. No smoking inside, please. There is a three-bedroom lodge on the home's upper level that may be booked with other guests, but we have never had any noise complaints as it is a new and well-insulated home. The Studio is located on the lower level of the house, with a Lodge on the second story. This is a ground-level unit with no stairs to enter and parking is labeled just in front of the garage bay door. The Lodge on the home's second level is just above the Studio, so you may see other friendly travelers coming and going. As mentioned above, it is a new and well-insulated home, so there are no noise issues. Missouri River access via the Prewett Creek entrance is right nearby. It is also near Hardy Creek Bridge and within walking distance of the Missouri Inn Restaurant and Prewett Creek Fly Shop. Again, pets are more than welcome with an additional cleaning fee to keep the place sparkling clean! Please note that the Studio has concrete floors and can get chilly in the colder months. An electric fireplace and wall-mounted towel heater are coming soon, but in the meantime, we have warm rugs scattered throughout and plenty of extra blankets stored under the bed in linen bags (for sanitation purposes). The new owners are currently the "Camp Hosts" of Prewett RV Park next door. They are located onsite in a 5th-wheel RV just behind the home and are more than happy to assist with anything you need upon arrival. It is completely updated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The weather was hot, but the air conditioner kept the studio very comfortable. We saw deer and big horn sheep right at the studio. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, sightseeing, hiking and fishing. The bathroom has a wonderful towel warmer, plenty of towels and various items in case we forgot to bring them (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and we cooked numerous meals. The snacks provided are so very thoughtful. We’re not big snackers, but who could resist chocolate? The Missouri River bar and grill was a few steps from the studio so it was perfect after a long day of fishing. Spent time in nearby Craig and Wolf creek as well. There is an outside BBQ and picnic table to enjoy your meals out door and get to enjoy the view with its beautiful scenery and the local deer and Big horn sheep travel by the campground.
