"Le matin avant de partir visiter les sites, nous avons pu commander un café au hall. Le petit‑déjeuner mélange plats chinois et quelques mets européens, il y a de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. L’emplacement est pratique pour prendre des taxis vers les sites touristiques. Attention, aux heures de sortie le hall peut être assez bondé et il faut un peu attendre son véhicule. Dans l ’ensemble, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la région."

"Our plan was to visit Tiannem mountain park. The hotel is so close to it. The staff was amazing since we have arrived at the hotel. They've such knowledge of the region, where, how and when to go to different places of Zhangjiajie. Since we had more time, the suggested us to go to the great canyon the next day. They provided a courtesy ride to Tianmen national park and they booked and arranged our trip to great canyon. They really went above and beyond. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the toiletries. Both US and Chinese power outlets were available. The breakfast was typically Chinese traditional. Really enjoyed it. We are really recommended this hotel."

"L’emplacement est parfait ! L’hôtel est juste en face du téléphérique de la Montagne Tianmen. On y va à pied en 5 minutes, c’est ultra pratique pour commencer la visite sans perdre de temps."

"The owners went above and beyond for us. Echo showed us to breakfast and was available to answer questions. Our plane was 3 hours delayed and the owner picked us up at 1:00 AM! Room was cool and situated in an easy place. The were so helpful and would recommend to any Americans traveling China."

"Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby."

"The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. There’s a wide range of food for the buffet breakfast ( included) and there’s also easy laundry facilities. There’s a beautiful roof top deck with resident cats and kittens - very very friendly and sweet. It was great to be close to the eastern entrance to the park. It was a short but lovely stay. We highly recommend this hotel."

"omfortable, clean, and location is ok free airport and train station pick up if ask early and staff is very kind and helpful and gave advices on my Tianmen forest park. they also offer private taxi ride with a very good deals if asked ( Guilin to & from Yangsou ) Stayed there for 2 nights in April 2026 - Zhangjiajie"
