It lies on a hill on the Etruscan coast, away from the hustle and bustle in the midst of the nature of the Tuscan hills. Modern comfort and tasteful furnishings offer the holiday guest a homely atmosphere for 2/3 people. The house belongs to the municipality of Montescudaio and is located in a quiet residential area, from here you can quickly and easily walk to the center of the village. Villetta Lorena is ideal for those who want a perfect "Tuscany style" on vacation and who are looking for something special - a real eye-catcher !! The approximately 40 m² house offers space for 2 to 3 people, the architecture embodies the style of a typical Tuscan barn and has a well-equipped, brick kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Internet WIFI and satellite –TV with Sky program. In the living room there is also a comfortable couch that can accommodate the 3rd Person can serve as a bed. This is followed by a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and direct exit to the small covered terrace. The glass door is also equipped with a tilt lock and fly screen. The bathroom is originally furnished with an oil jug on a sink and is equipped with a brick shower, bidet and toilet. There is a washing machine in a small passage. Central heating. Safe. The interior has been carefully maintained by the owner and will enchant our guests with its Tuscan charm. The rustic details are something for real lovers of the Tuscan way of life. In front of the house there is a small furnished terrace and a garden area with sun loungers and a view of the newly created natural pool over 40sqm, which is available to guests. Parking is on the fenced property and is accessible through two gates, one for pedestrians, the other for vehicles. There are 2 more independent holiday homes for 2 (Villetta Anita) or 6 people (Villa Laura) on the large fenced property, but each unit has absolute privacy. The highlight for 2019 will be the newly built community pool, which will be available to all guests from April. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers and in the water of the rounded pool you can be pampered by a whirlpool massage. The village of Montescudaio is only about 12 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, making it an ideal starting point for both beach and culture-loving vacationers. Here you can enjoy your vacation far from the large crowds of tourists. The village lies in the middle of the hills at the eastern end of the Cecina plain and offers a fascinating and historical sight. The unique landscape of the area is characterized by the many vineyards and green forests that invite you to take long walks and hikes. If you walk through the small winding streets you will be enchanted by the special flair of the place. You can still admire many medieval houses and the impressive fortifications. In Montescudaio itself there is a diverse range of different restaurants, osterias and cafés with an extensive range of Tuscan delicacies. Montescudaio has always been a synonym for wine, the cultivation goes back to the time of the Etruscans. The municipality is the main representative of Montescudaio DOC and is one of the founders of the national association “Strada del vino Costa degli Etruschi” (Wine Route), which since 1976 has 6 municipalities (Montescudaio, Casale, MontecatiniVdC, Guradistallo, S. Toller Blick auf den Pool, der unnötigerweise die ganze Nacht beleuchtet war. Ansprechendes Mobiliar. Eigener Parkplatz. Zu wenig Geschirr für den Betrieb einer Spülmaschine. Der vorhandene Duschvorhang ist dieser hochwertigen Unterkunft unwürdig und war ein großes Ärgernis. Innerhalb von 11 Tagen wurde kein Handtuchwechsel angeboten. Wir haben die vorhandenen Handtücher selbst gewaschen. Es fehlt eine regenfeste Überdachung. Positiv ist, dass mindestens 3 Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Das ist eher Studenten-Wohngemeinschaft like. Hier hätten wir uns eins Duschtür gewünscht. Auch die Küchenausstattung, Toaster, Küchengeräte sind eher einfach und billig. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. In 15 Minuten ist man am Strand und auch sonst hat die Gegend so viel zu bieten, dass wir es kaum geschafft haben, auch nur einen Bruchteil zu erkunden. Die Viletta ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Liebevolle Arrangements mit hochwertigem Inventar im Landhausstil, Betten mit gutem Komfort, hervorragende Internetverbindung. Abstriche in der Geschirrausrüstung, für kleine Zubereitungen ausreichend. Ein Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich. Backofen und Gasherd einfach in der Ausstattung, aber wirkungsvoll. Von der Terrasse immer einen Blick auf den neu geschaffenen Pool, der am Abend in Beleuchtung mit den angeleuchteten Olivenbäumen einen traumhaften Eindruck macht. Der Service war diskret und auf unsere Belange gut abgestimmt. Von den Restaurants in Montescudajo hat die "Osteria Bardo Vino" bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Fazit: Die Viletta ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub unbedingt zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt! ##### Juergen S. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang durch die Agentur Case&Colline. Jeder Tip war ein Volltreffer, Land und Leute haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft war wirklich top, auch der nahegelegene Ort Montescudaio war schön. Voraussetzung ist allerdings ein Auto vor Ort um auch die nächstgrößeren Orte zu erreichen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 10 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist nochmal die Unterkunft in total privater Atmosphäre mit wunderschönen Olivenbäumen und neu angelegten Pool,sowie eigenem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider hatten wir während der Zeit eine Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Deswegen konnten wir nur abends und sonntags die wundervolle Ruhe genießen. Von dort sind alle bekannten Orte ( Pisa, Lucca etc.) gut zu erreichen. Von der Agentur gab es wunderbare Essensempfehlungen. Meer in 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Privatsphäre ( Villa Laurena) durch den neu gebauten Pool nicht mehr so gewährleistet. Alles in allem ein schönes Fleckchen, besonders nach der Fertigstellung des Nachbarhauses. ##### Katharina R.
