"Checking in was simple and the staff was great! The room smelled like straight bleach. The outdoor pool is not available and being renovated. The indoor pool was the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed. The pool had a wad of hair floating around, glass and debris at the bottom of the pool. The windows were so so gross and dirty. There were bandaids on the floor. The two hot tubes were awful too and so gross. The tables were dirty and the chairs in the area had a bunch that were broken. Truly the nastiest pool area I have ever seen. The gym area and sitting area with the electric fire was nice. Breakfast was great. Hot and fresh. They had waffles and had a set up for breakfast burritos. They also had biscuits and gravy, potato’s, toast, bagels, yogurt and juices. As long as you aren’t going to the pool it’s a decent stay. "

"I had to make 2 reservations. Man at the front desk couldn’t find my same day reservation. So I had to pay an early check in fee. The sign Amon the desk said it was $25. First the man told me it was just $40, then it changed to $50, he ended up charging me $70 ok top of the reservation I made and paid for. Hotels.com said they had to transfer me to a relocation agent and hung up on me. The hotel was dirty, the room was dusty and had feces spray on the toilet. The bathtub had dead skin and grime buildup all over it. The hallway smelled like a dumpster. My room constantly stopped working. There was no vending machine but you could buy 12oz cans for $3 at the front desk. I was afraid to check out the pool. Looking through the windows I could see mildew on the ceiling on the pool room. The towels were dingy. The heater stank like a wet dog. At one point someone (the manager?) tried to enter my room while we were sleeping. I popped up and ran to the door that had just been opened, they asked if our ac was working. It was fine. Really weird. Why wouldn’t he just call the room? The whole place is kind of creepy. I would not stay here again."

"Cleanest hotel we have been in. The staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was our bathroom door. It stuck terribly. "

"Everything was ok once I got ahold of the front desk person after hours. It was pouring down rain, & taken half hour at least. It was ok after that though. "

"The staff, the young lady in the evening & the gentleman in the morning were pleasant & efficient. The only negative was having to walk the hallway thru the smoking section to get to our room. Really bad smell. However our rooms was comfortable and very CLEAN. It was a good night."
