Comfortable residence "Verdemar". In a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools heated (35 x 20 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep. and 25.Oct. - 01.Apr.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub. In the complex: fitness room, lift. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 80 m, bus stop 400 m. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Cartagena 30 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Verdemar", 3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 14 m2\. Terrace furniture. Partial view of the sea.
