Close to town, the bays river and white sand beaches. This property is a tastefully decorated new construction, single story, cottage style home with all the comforts and amenities you could want. It has three cozy bedrooms each with windows for plenty of natural light. The home accommodates up to 6 adults + small children. A perfect place to work and play! The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, long regular closet, dresser, TV, nightstands with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub shower combo, single vanity, mirror, toilet. The other two bedrooms feature a twin over full bunkbed setup, standard closet, and nightstand with additional under-bed storage for suitcases. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub shower combo, vanity, mirror, toilet. The modern meets nature vibe of the open-concept design in the main living area with its elevated tongue and groove ceiling and LVP flooring maximizes efficiency, convenience, and comfort all in one space. The kitchen has beautiful butcher block countertops, a large single basin work station sink, garbage disposal, stainless steel appliances, and cooking / serving essentials. The dining area consists of a beautiful natural wood bar style table with 6 adjustable stools, this space can also double as a work station desk. My dad, my son, and I spent the weekend in Carrabelle fishing for a belated Father’s Day, didn’t catch many fish but made some memories and enjoyed the stay in the “Forget Me Knot”.
