Karen was a sweetheart from the beginning to the end of our stay and was easily reachable. We loved it. Had planned many adventures around Carmel Highlands areas but decided to stay home ( Karen’s Home) because we felt so comfortable and relaxed and at Peace. The rooms were not air conditioned per mentioned with a traditional unit. Windows had to be opened. It was comfortable though. The hot tub had a terrible odor like it hadn’t been maintained or cleaned out in awhile. Other than these two issues it is a great property. We had a great experience there. ##### shane m. The house is gorgeous and was just as described. Our daughter enjoyed having her very own wing which would easily have fit several more people. Karen was easy to get a hold of and the entire process from check in to check out was so easy. If you want a slice of heaven this is the place to stay. Pictures do not do it justice! ##### Lee ann L. All instructions clear, everything promised 100% delivered. The view is magnificent, the furniture is cozy, and anything you would need is provided and available. Everything was comfortable and clean and just as advertised in the listing. The photos of the grounds and the view do not do it justice. You’re far enough away from town that it feels secluded but close enough that you can be to any restaurant, winery or shopping area within 10 minutes.The owners were fantastic in their communication prior to and during our stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend this stunning property. Beautifully appointed home and a great kitchen for cooking. The views are better than the pictures with the amazing sounds of waves just below.
