« We had never stayed in a VRBO before; however, while looking to book a hotel we stumbled across the opportunity to book this house and decided to go for it. It did not disappoint! It was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. The host responded quickly to our questions, it was easy to find and we had everything we needed for our stay. « My daughter and husband moved to Lake Charles about two months ago. We hadn’t seen them since December. They both had birthdays, so we came to celebrate with them. The property was simply beautiful and well maintained. We are not party people so is was perfect for us. Everything was laid out and labeled for easy access. So when we come back to Lake Charles, this will be our go to home to stay. It was perfect! »

« There was so much awesomeness about this rental, its hard to figure out where to start. First, I received an information sheet that answered many of my VRBO style questions. Location of the nearest boat ramp, bait store, grocery store, available guides, etc. Also listed were the included amenities inside the house, Ice machine in the boat house. Huge fish cleaning table. Lots of exterior lighting. House freshly remodeled, so everything is new. I liked the coffee area is apart from the cooking,...

« This property was very nice and. I liked that it was on the water and didn’t have to load and unload the boat every time we went out. Boat launch was all newly cemented. No issues launching boat with a 2 wheel drive truck. Everything was just as described online. Cold AC. Very nice. Would definitely recommend this property! Family enjoyed the back dock hanging out..Mr. Wright was very responsive and helpful.. »

« Along with my siblings and our spouses. We had a wonderful time at this River House! It was beautiful, so clean and had lots of amenities. We enjoyed the covered docks on the river and did lots of fishing. Our suggestion: we are elderly, ages 59 to 75 years. The Queen bedroom had an unsafe doorway entrance that required a giant step over the threshold to leave the room. It was very unsafe at night to go to the bathroom. We were not made aware of this. »

« This home was amazing … super clean ( and I clean VRBOs on Toledo Bend so I notice these things ) . It had absolutely everything we needed and more … loved the view and fishing .. even our dog Scrappy didn’t want to leave … he loved the fenced in yard and screened porch … I have to add the beds were so comfortable and it was great AC after a long day at the beach ….we will definitely be back »
