« If I could give negative stars I would.
This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit.
Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms.
The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings.
When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

« Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt.
Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine. »

Als ich gebucht habe, wird auf Expedia vermittelt das ich ein ganzes Appartement bekomme, wie auf Fotos zu sehen war, mit Wohnzimmer, Küche usw. Bekommen habe ich ein kleines Zimmer - wie in einem Hotel. In der Beschreibung steht, es gäbe einen Privatpool und einen der für andere Gäste auch zugänglich ist. « Really comfortable and spacious. Fantastic area and was able to see the stars. The price was well worth it. The only difficult thing about the area is that everything closed a bit earlier than expected so finding food at around 9pm was difficult. »

« The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out.
Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. »
