Charming house just a few minutes drive from the Cité and the shopping center "Pont Rouge" Ideal for a family with 2-3 children. In the master bedroom you can expect a comfortable 2X2 m bed, in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 beds - one 140 X 190 cm, the other 90 X 190 cm. Fiber optic internet, TV, washing machine and dishwasher, electric blinds in both bedrooms... 50 meters away is a small shop with the little necessities. There is ample parking in front of the house
In addition to the world heritage site of the Cité, there is much more to discover in the area. 8 minutes by car from the house is the "Lac de La Cavayere", a beautiful bathing lake with a lido, pedal boats, Telwasser ski, Ser Parc Aquaviva with numerous water slides for children and young people and an adventure tree climbing park. There are numerous hiking opportunities in the near and far surroundings. Along the river "Aude" a bike path leads to the city center of Carcassonne and Cité
