Gulf Swells & Sea Shells presents a reverse floor plan with four bedrooms, three baths, and a laundry room on the main level. The second floor boasts a full bath, all new kitchen appliances and furniture with beautiful views of the ocean. It is the perfect backdrop as your friends and family gather together. The fully remodeled master bedroom is located off the great room and features a king-sized bed complete with Gulf views for your viewing pleasure.

Due to local wildlife ordinances we ask that you turn off exterior lighting at night when not in use outdoors. For this reason and for your security we have placed 7 exterior blink cameras outside the home. They are motion activated and located above the front steps to cover property entrance and golf cart, one located on the NE upper corner of the front porch to cover front door, porch steps and porch entry, up high attached to fascia on the south east corner of the home covers east side of property, water tanks and ac units, one located under the house by facing SW to cover storage area, Garage and utilities under the home and 3 cameras located on the roof fascia points facing the NE section of the lot the NW sections of the lot and the SW sections of the lot. No cameras are pointed directly into the pool. There are no cameras located inside the home. Cameras are for your security. Please note patio doors in the master bedroom to the exterior decks are locked for guest safety.
