Giada (host) was very responsive even weeks before our trip. Getting to the residence was a bit tricky but Giada provides a very helpful well-organized Google document with a video link on how to get there. « Chambre très propre, avec porte patio et terrasse. Beau bar avec piscine. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine car trop frais dehors en octobre mais les installations étaient très bien. Petit déjeuner inclus. Le personnel très courtois. Nous avons souper un soir à leur restaurant et ma fille a dit qu’elle avait mangé les meilleurs pâtes de sa vie. L’hôtel se situe à environ 20 min de la ville mais nous avons pris l’autobus qui était à 2 min à pieds pour 2 euro. La trajet se fait très bien....

« The unit was clean and updated. My daughter and I both found the mattresses on the bed and the sofa bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The property would benefit from a proper closet and/or a dresser. we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor most of the week.There are also units with a clothes washer, but this one did not have it. I believe I read the description for the other unit in this building and specifically rented from Casa Annalu because I thought there was a washer....

"We loved staying here & would certainly recommend it to everyone. Nicely located with a calm feeling from right when we arrived. The staff are professional, but very friendly & helpful which we felt like we were in a family environment. The pool area is relaxing & the food is excellent there as well ... best Ceasar Salad I've had in awhile. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options & one of the better buffets I've experienced tbh. I can't wait to come back again when I'm in Capri. Thank you for such a nice overall friendliness which made us have a great holiday here."

"Tout était très bien lors de ce séjour. Nous avions choisi une Suite Junior avec salon séparé, ce qui était particulièrement pratique puisque notre petite-fille de 6 ans nous accompagnait. Le personnel est extrêmement compétent, disponible et véritablement à l’écoute des clients. Le petit-déjeuner était très agréable, avec des produits de qualité et un service soigné. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et avons apprécié son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le seul point regrettable concerne la vue de notre suite, qui donnait sur une cour intérieure où étaient entreposés des matériaux et du matériel de chantier. Des travaux étaient également en cours, générant du bruit en journée, certes dans des horaires tout à fait raisonnables. Il est dommage que cette information ne soit pas précisée au moment du choix ou de la réservation de la Suite Junior. La réception nous a indiqué que l’hôtel était complet, mais une information préalable aurait permis de gérer nos attentes et d’éviter cette petite déception. Cela n’enlève toutefois rien à la qualité générale de notre séjour, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié."
