This beautiful pool home in popular SW Cape Coral has just finished being remodeled, so everything you see is the current condition of the home and surrounding property. Majestic palm trees greet you as you approach the property - a spacious open-concept, one level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, where there's plenty room for you and your family to spread out and enjoy this home away from home. The home is distinctly decorated and furnished with a vacationer in mind - uncluttered, yet well appointed. This home is just over 2,100 square feet and sleeps up to 8 guests. Highlights include: Open concept main living space with living room, dining room and kitchen beautifully flowing together! Living room has comfortable, family friendly furnishings and a large Smart TV with Xfinity streaming channels (guest will need to provide logins for subscription channels such as Netflix, Prime, etc.) Dining area with dining table seating 6\. Gorgeously remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, soft close cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, all cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools, gadgets and small appliances. You'll be a short drive by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well. This property is 16 miles to Fort Myers Beach; 22 miles to RSW International Airport. Was great everyone had there owe room and TV. Loved the heated pool. Couldn’t hardly keep them out of the pool. Great fun! The kitchen was large enough for all of us to be in there to make meals. Liked having the washer and dryer right there also. Quiet neighborhood.
