The dream house is located on the outskirts of Font de Sa Cala, from here you can reach various bays within walking distance, a small secluded bay is just opposite the house. The small village also offers various shopping opportunities, plus inviting bars and restaurants. Hikers can walk from the finca to the end Font de sa Calas and get over the pine-covered hill to Canyamel. Outside, an extraordinary tower awaits you with a first-class terrace from which you can enjoy the unique sea view. Extravagant rattan furniture invites you to linger, the 7 x 4 meter pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace invites you to jump into the cool water and then relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers. If you are looking for shade during the sunny summer months, you can put up a parasol or hide under a shady tree on the spacious property. The special thing about this finca is its proximity to the sea; but also its temporary garden can be seen. The 1,000 sqm plot is planted with Mediterranean plants, you feel directly, here was something created with great attention to detail. Also the interior of the 300sqm house will inspire you. You enter the house and stand first of all in a very inviting entrance area. The tower character of the house with its harmonious curves is also found in the interior. From here you enter the kitchen and the stylish living/dining area. The bright and modern kitchen offers all the amenities that make the heart of a hobby chef beat faster. The elegant living room is bright and flooded with light, the center of the room is the fireplace, which contributes to the feel-good ambience. Right next door is the dining area with a table whose rooty wooden foundation under the cut glass top is a real feast for the eyes. Take a seat and enjoy your well-deserved vacation time here in convivial company. "Home office" is no problem at all here. On a new desk is an online printer and with 50 MB Internet speed, ideal for mobile reception, it can be relaxed to work in between. Those who are tired after an active day of vacation and are looking for peace and quiet will find it in one of the four beautiful, individually designed bedrooms, whose warm Mediterranean colors contribute to relaxation. Two of the four bedrooms have a spacious en suite bathroom, with floor-to-ceiling showers. Guests in the other two bedrooms share a no less beautiful bathroom. You are at the fantastic beach of Font de Sa Cala in a good 500 meters, the place belongs to the municipality of Capdepera. Here we recommend for young and old a trip to the castle, a visit to the market on Wednesday mornings, where you can wonderfully enjoy your coffee in one of the restaurants or bars on the Orient Square and watch the colorful market hustle and bustle. But also in Font de Sa Cala there are some bars and restaurants around the fine sandy bathing bay, where you can spend a lot of time. Two smaller supermarkets ensure that you can equip yourself with everything you need on vacation.
